1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us by email before the return is sent.
2. Conditions for Returns
Returned products must meet all of the following conditions:
The product must be unused
The product must be not installed or electrically connected
The product must be returned in original condition and packaging
All accessories must be included

After approval, the customer will receive the return address, to which the product must be sent.
